Yes dragon fruit! Due to the name like DRAGON you’d expect a hot taste?? But it have a soft flesh which is mild in sweetness. It’s a refreshing fruit!

I’m sure that this pudding taste different from other, because our hero is DRAGON fruit which is supposed to be an EXOTIC fruit.

To bring everything together I prefer to take a thickening agent with fresh cream, milk, condensed milk, and little sugar if necessary.

Let’s see how these are made…

  • 1 big dragon fruit
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 10 gm agar agar
  • Sugar ( required for extra sweetness)

Wash the dragon fruit and cut into two. Using a spoon scoop the fresh of the fruit and grind then into a paste without adding any water and keep it aside.

Turn off the heat and mix the dragon fruit puree and the agar-agar into the milk mixture. Add required sugar and stir until the sugar melts.

When it cools down pop it into refrigerator for one hour. After that serve!
