dragon fruit pudding

Hello here! It’s time for fruity treat for pudding lovers, which have a fresh flavour of dragon fruit. The best part is that it is very easy to make, you will get a nice fruit pudding to celebrate summer.

Yes dragon fruit! Due to the name like DRAGON you’d expect a hot taste?? But it have a soft flesh which is mild in sweetness. It’s a refreshing fruit!

I’m sure that this pudding taste different from other, because our hero is DRAGON fruit which is supposed to be an EXOTIC fruit.

To bring everything together I prefer to take a thickening agent with fresh cream, milk, condensed milk, and little sugar if necessary.

Let’s see how these are made…


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 big dragon fruit
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 10 gm agar agar
  • Sugar ( required for extra sweetness)
INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the dragon fruit and cut into two. Using a spoon scoop the fresh of the fruit and grind then into a paste without adding any water and keep it aside.

In a sauce pan melt the washed agar- agar in water and keep it aside. Cook milk, condensed milk, and fresh cream until the liquid gets thick consistency in medium flame.

Turn off the heat and mix the dragon fruit puree and the agar-agar into the milk mixture. Add required sugar and stir until the sugar melts.

When it cools down pop it into refrigerator for one hour. After that serve!
